Refund/Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy

Our return policy for services lasts 15 days from the day of first purchase. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund though you can unsubscribe to the services before the next month's billing.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your refund is approved, we will send you an email to notify you that your refund has been approved. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellation Policy

GNTunes believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately i.e. same day (“Cancellation Period”) after placing the order without giving any reason. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the aggregators/Stores and they have initiated the process of distributing/publishing the song(s).

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction.
